Some parameters as initial arc voltage, potential of shield and ionic current gathered by the shield are measured for further understanding the ignition process of vacuum arc. 为了深入了解真空电弧的引燃过程,测量了直流真空电弧起弧阶段的电弧电压、屏蔽罩电位以及屏蔽罩收集离子电流等有关参数。
Re melt deposit welding process is proposed in this paper. To realize the technology, plasma arc, TIG arc, high frequency induction, gas shield continuous stove and MSW are adopted. 提出熔敷焊接工艺方法,采用等离子弧、TIG电弧、高频感应、气保护连续炉、真空炉和模中熔铸工艺实现了熔敷焊接工艺方法。
The frequency domain characteristics of arc sound signal in CO_2 shield welding is closely correlative with the welding parameters and arc behavior, which is difficult to be used directly for quality control and monitoring because the correlation among them presents high complexity and nonlinearity.
